“I wrote Oregon Breakers after taking a road trip down the Oregon Coast during the stormy season. I was so inspired by the turbulent beauty of the coast that I imagined the life of a single wave – rolling into existence, cresting in a moment of frozen time, and then breaking and receding back into the ocean.”
