Sean Andres is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and entrepreneur with a degree from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania in Music Business primarily studying percussion. He has studied with Conrad Alexander and Dr. Adam Brennan.
Sean’s music can be heard in a variety of settings outside of the compositions listed on his co-managed publishing company Eastern Hill Music L.L.C. He writes theme music for podcasts as the Director of Music for JRP Creative. Sean enjoys writing scores for animation and other forms of visual media, most notably the 2020 animated short film “Go Fetch” by David Coole. His solo EP, “I Need You”, can also be found on streaming platforms.
Through 2020, Sean worked virtually as the Production Technician for a summer concert series put on by Breck Music. In the fall, he held a Marketing Internship with Eventide Inc. working with both the Audio and Communications divisions.
During the summer of 2019 Sean completed a marketing and logistics internship with Malletlab in West Palm Beach, Florida and a Music Production internship with the Breckenridge Music Festival in Colorado. Along the way he stopped at State and National Parks across the country to develop his compositional technique utilizing the unique landscape to directly influence the music.
As a freelance musician Sean has played with the Scranton Brass Orchestra, Northern Appalachian Wind Symphony, and has played and conducted for community musical theater pit orchestras.
